so i go to Michael's to return a picture frame, i stop at the security desk upstairs and say to the security guard, " what do i need to do to return this frame?" he says just go downstairs, i go downstairs explain i wanna exchange the frame, lady says cool, find your frame and go to a register.....
boom, i go grab a frame, wait on line, the cashier calls the manager to approve the return, can yoU believe this fuckin cunt fake ass dread slut, commercial lock having bitch, wanna be whoopi goldberg, cunt rag slut whore of a women, tells me that the frame i have and had under my arms i did not come in with..... WTF?? " excuse me mrs? are you accusing me of fucking stealing the frame i just walked in with? (let alone its a $29.99 frame and i5ts 27"x40") can you please go ask the security guard upstairs what frame i just walked in with. she says" well, the security guard may have seen you come in but he doesnt know what frame you walked in with.." so now i totally lose my cool, i start cursing out everyone and there mother, i ask for a manager, she says she's the manager, i ask for a supervisor, a shift manager, someone that can fuckin help me out please! nothing, the security guard comes down, tells her yes i did come in with the frame, she says she's calling the cops im like cool, i hit 911....(now if you dont know why i called then let me tell you, had she called first, i would have been the problem, by me calling, i asked for the police to come to the scene as not to escalate and or have this cunt bag whoopi wanna be slut bitch to tell them some bullshit.....
cops come and of course im treated like the perp, questioned, asked for ID, you know the rest.....i explain to the Officers how i was accused of stealing in the store in front of dozens of customers, i asked the cops to arrest her, they said no, i said, had you been called by her and i had been accused of stealing, you would have arrested me no? then i want to have her arrested on the basis of false accusations,unlawful imprisonment for not allowing me to leave the store with the purchased items.... of course the uncle tom officer and his white superior said i was in the wrong.... they called over the security guard who for some strange reason, told them the exact same story im telling you all....
so then Sargent Sawicki from the 24 shows up, now no matter what ya may think, cops are ALL FUCKIN ASSHOLES! but this sgt sawicki dude actually listened to me and we went downstairs.
the lady apologized and returned my frame and i told her that this would not be the end of it, that i would seek legal advice on how to seek punitive damages for mental and emotional suffering due to defamation of character as well as slandering in public, false accusations of theft, as well as unlawful imprisonment.....
any lawyers wanna make some money suing michaels arts and crafts, im pretty sure they will want to settle instead of dragging this out on court...
i have the sgt and responding officers names, the manager as well as the security guard.....
ANYONE WANNA HELP ME OUT AND HOPEFULLY THIS WILL COMPENSATE US BOTH IN THE LONG RUN
